HELP! Me sooooo confused!

Here are my choices:

I can get a Savage4 PRO board w/ 32MB, and hope to reap the benefits as new games start to support S3TC...

Or, buy a 16MB TNT2 (not the Ultra) for about the same price and OC the livin' daylight out of it...

I'm looking at this purchase as a temp solution, since in about a year, I'll drop some good dough and buy the best.

what is the most clockable TNT2 card? Has anyone had any experience OCing the Savage4?
