    Dell <what> 3500? (Vostro, Inspiron, ... )

Is it a Laptop, Desktop, ...

    How old is it?

What Operating System and version is it running?

Does it have a phone and/or, ethernet jack?

Does it have some kind of WiFi switch or toggle?
