Thumbs up [RESOLVED] CD/DVD Drive Stops Working after Installation of Nero InCD

After I installed Nero InCD in a computer with windows xp, the CD/DVD Drived stopped working. When I go to Device Manager, it shows the DVD/CD-Rom drives "Optiac DVD RW AD-7190A" with a black exclamation in yellow circle.

I tried unistalling it, then scan for hardware changes. The computer finds the new hardware. But then I get the following statement "A problem occuring during hardware installation, your new hardware might not be working properly."

I also right click on the drive and select "update driver". I choose for windows to connect to Windows Update to search for software. I get the message that the wizard could not find a better match for your hardware than the software you currently have installed.

Do you guys know what else I might be able to do, to make this CD/DVD drive to work properly?

    Thanks
