Thumbs up [RESOLVED] Video memory with Windows 7

Do I need a dedicated video card memory for Windows 7 or can it all be just shared from the system and will run fine? Or should I say should I use a video card with dedicated memory on it? The reason that I ask is that I have an Optiplex and under the video card it says 0 MB in dedicated memory but 256 shared. I have viewed YouTube videos and put them up on HD and the videos look fine. Your opinion will help because I have a few dozen video cards with 128, 256 that I can add to the system if I needed to.
    Thanks
    JB

Microsoft's Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor will let you know if the system is capable of running Windows 7.
