    Passpoint plus access denied

Im having trouble with passpoint plus, the computer crashed recently so i had to reinstall windows and passpoint plus software. I had a older backup of the data folder that i used to get my database from. It shows all my cardholders, but everytime i scan a card, i get access denied. When i try to add a new card i get an error that says Key Violation. Im useing 32 bit cards, and 26 bit key fobs. on my card when scanned with denial overide on i get card code 8206-4001-000c-4990 which matchs what i have in the database for my card, but still get access denied when Denial Overide is off and my installer doesnt really have any techs that know anything about this system anymore.

Have you tried re-downloading the card database? Is the date and time set properly on the panel? When you reinstalled the software, there was an option to upload the existing database from the panel. Did you try that, or did you default the panels? The panels keep the database onboard, so reinstallting the software wouldn't have deleted information from the system
    There's no place like 127.0.0.1
