Thumbs up [RESOLVED] Audio bad after 8GB memory upgrade?

First it happened when I tried to upgrade the memory (to 16GB) but I had a bad stick. Still when I went back to 8GB, the Realtek HD Audio, sounded garbled till I reinstalled my Videocard and Audio drivers, then it went back to fine. Today though I got the RMA'd memory back and put it in and this memory tests fine, it's just makes the audio sound terrible (sometimes fine, then scrambled sounding). No amount of uninstalling with driver sweeper run after and reinstalling has fixed it so far.

The machine is a Celeron on an Intel DH67BLB3, running Win7 x64, with 4x sticks of 1333mhz 4GB Team Elite memory. I'm just stumped and would appreciate any help I can get!

Turns out it was the third hard drive had become partially unplugged! Was reflected by high CPU usage on one of the cores.
