Thumbs up [RESOLVED] 64 Bit CPU - 32 Bit Windows

If I have Windows 7 32 bit does it matter if I have a 64 bit Dual Core Processor or a 32 bit cpu? Would it make a difference if I had a 32 bit cpu?
    Thanks
    JB

I doubt you can find a 32bit cpu these days since it doesn't matter to a 32bit OS.

    Windows 7 system requirements
If you want to run Windows 7 on your PC, here's what it takes:
    • 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor
