Question Yesterday I had a blue screen

And I was wondering if there's any way to determine if it was because of my overclock or not?

    I'm running Window 8 64-bit.

Give more info, what about the details about the blue sceen? What cpu, ram, motherboard, video card(s) and power supply are being used.

Sure there is. Stop the overclock and see if it happens again. If it doesn't then dial it back up in small increments.
