[RESOLVED] Video memory on the D630

I have a D630 with the Intel Crestline video chip. In the bios it says 8mb video memory but in the display properties under adapter it says that I have 64mb memory on this video chip with 385 mb total memory because of shared. So what do I have 8 or 64. Is the bios correct or the number that Windows says I have?

Yea, this one is non adjustable. Dell forum guys says that it adjusts itself to the OS. But bios says 8megs and no adjustment.

Here's what they say: "The 8M is a fixed frame buffer - not the video RAM. The chip has no video RAM of its own - it will share system memory depending on how much you have, and on which operating system you have."
