Dell Studio 15 ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570

A few months ago, I purchased a Dell Studio 15 (1555) laptop and it came with a 256 mb ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570 video card. What I want to do is hook my laptop up to my tv. The laptop has HDMI and VGA ports. I have an older tv tho which is not an HD tv and does not support HDMI. What I want to know is if the ATI card supports tv-out via the VGA port?

I have googled and searched for the answer to this question for 3 days now. Seems everyone has an HDMI supported tv tho so I'm not seeing much of anything about the VGA port. All I want to know is if the ATI card's VGA port supports tv-out? Which means I could buy a VGA-to-RCA or S-Video adapter, correct? The tv also has Pr-Pb-Y inputs. No DVI.
