Have you made any recent changes? Installed any new hardware or software? Do you hear any fans running when you try to boot it?

    If familiar with the process,
Disconnect all but the essential hardware components and test for POST.
    "I know nothing."
    Cheers.

The green light is normal according to the manual. Like shima said, unplug item 1 by 1 and try to boot.http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c01152960.pdf

    Dead PSU

Assuming this PC was working well prior......if the power light is on, and all internal connectors are in place, you have a faulty PSU and need to replace it.
