Thanks for the links for recovery, I personally own Salvage Recovery for Windows which works marical's, but that's not the issue.. I have 500 HDD which is my primary which I want to no make it partition to make it dual boot able too 64 bit windows enterprise addition, with no previous partition. And with Xp home as primary till I intergrate every thing work related over that we no longer have cd key's and hard copy of the programs for..

Now is there any way to make a partition on an active drive in xp (Maxtor satta II 500 gig HDD) That never had one?

Thanks for your time and help

If you create a second partition and install 64 bit Enterprise, I do not think you can run the programs on XP. You would need to install the program on the 64bit software to use it.

I have no idea as to what you're asking.
Anyone have any idea as to what the question is?

Other wize partition an active system drive.... which most use "Partition Wizard Home Edition 4.1" to do so but that isn't an option for me there for need a different program to do so, or another way that doesn't require me to format/wipe current drive..

Are you asking for suggestions on partitioning software that leaves existing data intact?

    If so,
    Acronis Disk Director is popular.
