Asus Rampage II Extreme or Gene?

Just picked up my new Case... an ATX P182 and am prepping to get started with the nuts and bolts of my new system but I am having difficulty deciding between the ASUS Rampage II Extreme and the Rampage II Gene class of motherboards.

(both can be found here )

Another option is the PT6 Deluxe, but I won't really be getting the full overclock potential from this board as I am able to with the GENE or Extreme.

Any suggestions?

Not exactly a requirement for mATX form factor mobo.
