videocard driver upgrade worthy?

I just found out that a new driver has been released for my TNT card. What performance will I gain if I upgrade? Will it overwrite the old driver or what? What about using those video overclock utilities? How much will I gain?

if you have had no problems then you may not need them, however, it tends to be best to have the most recent drivers because on eof the main reasons of problems with new software, usually games, is that the drivers are out of date. Yes, it will write over the old drivers, but that is what is supposd to happen
