[RESOLVED] Truly Silent PSU ?

There are a lot of claims out there that a PSU is silent running until you install it and find that it is anything but. Is there a 400 watt silent PSU that anyone can recommend that is 'nearly' silent if not completely silent ?

If that SilverStone suggested by Midknyte is out of budget range,

Had no real noise issues with the following models with fans...
*Seasonic brand and Corsair HX series.
The Corsair VX450, I believe is also manufactured by Seasonic.

*I did encounter one model where one of the wires was making contact with the fan. Disassembled the casing, repositioned the wire a little bit, nice and quiet. I think that one, was just some shoddy assembly job by a worker at the plant.

Thanks for your replies. The Silverstone PSU certainly looks interesting but at £115 (the cheapest I could find) it's a bit out of my reach although if the idea catches on then no doubt that price will reduce in time, however for now I'll look into the suggestions by Shinma.
