    NVIDIA Quadro

    Is this a good card for multiple monitors?

    Why are you looking at Quadros in the first place? Quadros are not common home desktop cards.

    That's a pretty pricey card just for dual monitors. There are plenty of cheaper cards that can do dual screens.
