Look in Device Manager to see if the chipset manufacturer is named. Or try a hardware ID program like Everest or Belarc. If those don't help, pull the cover off and look. Wireless cards are mini-PCIe (current) or mini-PCI (previous) format and are usually under a cover on the bottom of the notebook. Once you know the chipset (Intel, Broadcom or Atheros are most common ) finding drivers is easy.
