o\c v3 3000 on compaq 5600

hi ya'll, i just recently bought a compaq 5600i with p3 500, my question is how do you o\c the v3 on my system, i have a riva tnt and it is in the control panel, i'm somewhat new at this and would apreciate any reply on this or any other performance tips.
