Driver for vid card: Sony pcg-grt916z

I can't play dvd's on my laptop with Windows media player. It shows me that I need to download a driver for my video card. To be honest I didn't even know that my notebook had a video card let alone what it is. And I've been having great difficulty finding what I need.
On another thread I read that Sony is a pain in the *** when it comes to support and that model numbers sometimes are not what they really are. Because when I type in my model into Sony's support site they can't find it.

Can anyone help me? Mind you, my computer and software knowledge is not as advanced asmost of you guys out here.
