Toshiba PocketPC e330

I have a Toshiba PocketPC e330 model. Works fine for everyday tasks.
I would like to watch videos,( mpeg, avi, wmv, etc..), but the video stops and forwards to the end. I am using ActiveSync to bring the vids to the PocketPC.

Is the model too slow, is there an upgrade or software to get rid of this issue?

The only two downloads listed at Toshiba USA is the manual and USB drivers intended for Toshiba notebooks that will be used with the Pocket PC.
