I've recently upgraded to SATA II drives and want to use my old WD80GB drives as storage. They were striped and I have run the WD diagnostics utility to write zeros to the drive but the utility says the Log file is closed and it can't overwrite it. It doesn't occupy much space but I want to start with a clean drive. Does anyone know how to open or get rid of the log file? Thanks.
