Card Problems

I think my vipper V550 might be toast.
Video is very shaky and you can't make out
anything on the screen. Tried it in another system with the same result. Tne card is only 3 months old and I was wondering if anyone can tell me what Diamond is like to deal with, and how long should I expect to wait for a replacement card.

I dont know how long it will take them to replace the card, but it took the 6 1/2 months to send me my 50$ rebate back on my Voodoo2...

There is know telling, I would prob go ahaed and see about getting a Voodoo3 of some sort if you can;>
