I want to get a 1TB drive with low heat. I would get the Seagate 7200.11 since they are just $140.00, but I heard they run pretty hot. I want to get the 1 TB Western Digital GP RE-2 drive(I refuse to get a drive that has less than a 5 year warrenty). But the cheapest I can find is $200.00. It seems like I'm spending more money on a drive that is slower and uses old technology(5200 rpm). Is it just me?
