Need Help Restoring An Image!

Hi, here's the story, I am making my own skin for my PSP's Logitech Playgear case, and the image I am using is very small for the template. I want to enlarge the image a little WITHOUT making it show all the pixels aka like the sharpness was increased on it!

If someone could do this for me please post!! I have the image in both small and the size I want it, only thing is the size I need it at it looks as thou the sharpness is increased so I would need it to be softened and restored!

I have attatched the image I need in the size I need, all it needs done is make it less sharp and more like it should be!!

PLEASE HELP!!
