Is this site trustworthy for a new mobile?

I'm about to purchase a new mobile phone and I've just been looking at this http://www.coolnewmobile.co.uk website where they are offering 12 months free line rental on a 12 month contract. Just wondering if anyone had any experience about whether this site is reliable in terms of the cashback or if you know of any websites where people have posted whether or not they are reliable as I can't seem to find any.

    Thanks in advance.

Their website does not exactly impress.

That site doesn't claim very nice things.

Thats weird tott, I don't know why that happens, but if I type the website into google it works then... strange.

Tbh, I'm not too sure what to make of them yet, this is the only bad thing I've heard about them so far and it just seems like the person who got the contract from them couldn't get into contact with them for a couple of days. I phoned their sales and customer service line earlier and got through straight away when I was asking about their deals.

Anyone have any other info on these guys before I decide to take the plunge?

Try making a call to their support desk. If everyone is in sales and no one is in suppot that should tell you something about them.

seems to be varying opinions, but doesn't seem a fraud.

By the way, what does BTW stand for?

It is better to be tried by 12, than carried by 6.
