I have the same problem, my V550 will not let me choose the TV/out. I have gotten it to work once. They say that uninstalling the drivers and re-installing version 255 fixes the problem. Others have had success, not I.
As for the connector problem, take a look a Radio Shack or similar store for a RCA to coaxial connector.

    Thanks Mikie,
I went to Radio Shack and got a RF modulator.
It takes the signal from RCA output and converts it to composite video. Everything works fine now. I even did a little quake session yesterday on my TV. To all of you out there using your TV out option on V550, use the flicker filter on the advanced configuration within display config to decrease the flicker rate.

Mikie: Well you have to have the TV ON and hooked up on the right RCA plug. and start your computer. when you get to windows you should get the TV out option tab thingie when you right click on the desktop =)
oh ya can anyone tell me why my picture in my TV is black and white with the detonators while its colored with the diamond drivers?
