Why can't I overclock my AsusV3400TNT??? Powerstrip DOESN't Work!!!

My System:

Overclocked 300a - 450mhz
64 megs of samung cas3 PC-100 Ram
10.1 WD hard drive
Asus 3400TNT w/ video out
Sonic Impact s90
Cirrus Logic 56k X2 modem

On powerstrip I can get the fast memory working but if increase anything else even a little the screen does this fuzzy jittering thing and the it doesn't let me change the setting back. I have too reset the computer to get the original settings back. I thought the Asus was the best for O'Cing sing it does have a fan on it. I'm currently using the Asus drivers v.1.02 and I have a PS fan as well as a fan in the front sucking in air. Whats wrong, why can't I O'C my video card at all???

My advice is to use ASUS own overclocking utility...you can get it at www.rivarave.com
It doesn't have all the bells and whistles like powerstrip...just 2 sliders for the chip speed and memory speed..and a box to turn on "fast memory timing"....
I'm really happy with it...currently running my ASUS card 120Mhz CPU and 115Mhz memory..

how were you able to up the chip settings past 99, thats the highest i could go with the asus tweak. any tips i could use?
