Mobile Phone question

hi, ive recently got a Nokia 6230i mobile phone (2 months ago) its a contract phone and my network is Orange now im having a problem that’s killing me!!

I can’t receive text messages from my girlfriend, I can send her texts and can receive them from other people but just not from her, now personally I think it’s her phone that’s got something wrong with it but she claims its not.

I can’t even call Orange tech support yet because there closed for New Year!

Anyone got a clue what could cause this sort of thing, ive emptied my inbox, cleared my message counter, left the battery out the handset over night but nothings working

Any help would be great this is killing me!

Did you get it sorted mate? If she has reports, maybe you could turn them on so that it says on her phone whether or not the messages arrived.
