Should I turn off my laser printer?

I just bought a dell 3000cn color laser printer. Should I turn it off when I am not using it or does it not draw all that much power?

It should have a power saver feature.

That will turn it off until you use it I believe.

we have a Xerox colour laser here at work, and the manufacturer recommends not to turn it off as it uses toner every time you turn it back on. Don't know if that's the case with all laser printers, but bearing in mind the cost of toner cartridges I would play safe
