psp help

i bought a psp value pack(sealed) and 1 gig stick off ebay. when it gets here i want to put some music and videos on it. how do i convert different music types to mp3, and how do i convert different video types to mp4, which i think i saw is mpeg 4. ive never done this kind of crap, call me a noob if you want lol.

basically what i read on a psp forum, get a video coder and it converts for you. same for making audio files mp3
