    Unhappy Something horrible happened tonight...

My family cat died... 30 minutes ago...11:00 PM US central..July 2nd 2005....My mom, my friend, and I were backing out of the garage to go get ice cream...we hear this "kur-punk"...My mom said "Oh god tell me I didnt hit the cat" and my friend gets out and check...my cat was lying there...breathing fast...She is my brothers cat..and my brother has disabilities...and it is very hard for him to make friends...the cat is his best friend..Tonight..is a horrible night...a tragic night...My eyes have tears in them right now..as I am typing this...

    R.I.P. K.C. (Kitty Cat)..I won't forget you...

We didnt run over the cat..we thought about it...and a 2 ton van vrs a 16 year old 10 pound cat..It would of been obvious she had been hit, very obvious, she didnt have a broken bone in her body, no blood, or anything. My mom feels so much better that she didnt hit the cat, and so does my brother.

Value your animals while you have them. Im suprised we got there to even see her last breaths. I was more expecting her to die as just finding a dead cat.

Sorry to hear it, but 16 is a good life for a cat. A kitten will help your brother.

A pet is a family member. My cat sends his condolences.

look i apologize for seemingly crappin on this thread. i ment no disrespect to person98 or any of his loved ones. i did not intend anyone to take my post seriously, but i guess you just cant say anything nowadays.

and before people start jumping on others about pet topics, just remember that in china people eat dogs- are chinese people the devil or deserve an *** beating for that? its what they believe in. The fact we eat cows disgusts them. There isnt a clear-cut line to what can be called a family member or not, so judging me for what i worte isnt the grandest idea.

Again, person98 my condolences for you cat, at least she lived a good long life and was obviously was loved very much.
