agp or voodoo2

Should I be concerned about supporting 1024x768 for most games. The Riva TNT will give me that res. The Voodoo 2 add on card will only give me 800x600 unless I add a second card and run in SLI mode. please help

It's impossible to offer any suggestions unless you tell us more about your current system. What CPU does it have? A TNT may be best only if you have a P2-400 or better. Otherwise, a Voodoo 2 will outperform the TNT. Voodoo 2 scales better to lower-end processors. Banshee scales even better to lower-end (P200) processors.
