Hack to reverse F-Lock on LOGITECH keyboards?

I have the Logitech Access keyboard, with the stupid F-Lock that's off by default, meaning the normal F-key functions are disabled by default. So everytime you want to use the normal function, you have to hit the stupid F-Lock key. Sucks when you're trying to start in Safe Mode and for general use.. Any way to have it on by default?

ive heard alot of people complaining about this but never heard anyone come up with an answer so i dont think their is any way to stop it
