Installing shared printer in multiple user profiles

Do you know how I can install one shared printer in multiple user profiles? To the point: there is one network printer, I want to install this printer just once for all possible profiles.

With Windows 2000, you can define a primter in the network administrator profile and it will trickle down to all other profiles when the user logs on. This fetaure was removed in Windows XP. About the easiest way to install a printer in Windows XP is to have a batch script run at logon. It would look like this:

rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /in /n \\server\shared_printer_name /b "HP LaserJet 4200 Series PCL5e"


Where 'HP LaserJet 4200 Series PCL5e' is the name of the printer as it would appear in the Printer applet in the Control Panel.
