I have been waiting for Circuit City to get stock on some Radeons with a rebate, and I found a new MSI FX5700 a buddy has for $125US. This seems like a decent deal, I may be able to get it for a little lower (like $115).
Worth trying for? Maybe I can trade some stuff....

Traded a PCI USB 2.0 card and $90 for it. Came with retail box, all the software bundle, and card. MSI box claims that with the included O/C utility, you can get a 6%-10% overclock. And, it seems that overclocking is covered under warranty.
Should be able to start putting this little bundle of XPC joy together this weekend....

BTW R9600 PRO start higher at something like 140$, its just that pricewatch has some R9600 non-pro mislabeled, so my first response with R9600PRO being better deal was wrong, 90$ looks even better now
Since I had 2 of the Belkin PCI USB cards (one will go into the XPC), I had no use for the other one so I traded it. My current R9000 Pro has did me very well so far, and is still a good card for me, but this will fill the need. Later, I will look into a R9800 or something when prices are lower. Next gen should knock the current TOTL prices lower in about 6-8 months. I don't game that much anyways....
This will do the job certainly for the time being. I go cheapo in the video area and usually get by. Should I load in the most recent nVidia 52.16's?
