Can someone please break down ATI for me?

I never know which card is faster, so could someone list them in order of speed and not by number? Because I hear a 9000 is not as good as an 8500?!? WTF?!? So if anyone could do that for me, and even better if anyone could throw in approximate Nvidia equivalents I'd be very greatful.

Martin89 - your list ISN'T correct. If you don't know, don't guess - somebody could be basing a buying decision on what you tell them.

everything looks OK to me, apart from 9600SE

its really a slow *** card and according toTHG VGA chart slowest available ATI card at the moment (at least by judging its in game performance)

markjs 8500LE (can be OCed to 8500 in most cases) is allready faster then 9000, 9000PRO is about the same speed and 9200 is castrated 8500 so its actually a bit slower then both of them

I had R8500 and Ti4200 in the same system, later was about 50% faster and GF4MX is about 30-40% slower then R8500
