how far can a 2.4 533fsb go??

it booted at 3312mhz @ 1.675 but stalled in the 3rd botmatch benchmark. i think that it just cant go much past 3.2ghz so thats where it will stay.

NEVER up the core voltage past 1.65v with aircooling. You'll burn out your processor very quickly. In fact, even with sub-zero cooling, P4 Northwoods don't like high voltages and die within months.

IN the case of "Muzwa Kai", I would not even increase the core voltage to 1.675. This is a 10% core voltage increase for a 3% frequency increase, I think it's not worth it.

i am going to leave it at 3204mhz at the lowest voltage 1.525. it needs no voltage increase. there is no temp increase from 2.4 to 3.2, maybe 0.5 C to 1 C. slightly higher voltages seems only to increase the temperature but not the clock speed. i am still very happy with 3204mhz. i think it is a good O/C. i was hoping for 3.4ghz but it is is unstable even at 3312 with higher voltages and was getting hotter.

That's still a good o/c on a 2.4B, considering they aren't the o/cers the 2.4Cs are.
