    memory timings?

    what would be the best "memory timing" to set my corsair xms pc3700 to for overclocking?

    Intel 920 @ 322x14 = 4.5ghz @ 1.5v stable (314x14 1.45v 24/7)

    74GB WD Raptor - 250GB Maxtor SATA 16mb cache
    XaserIII v2000a - 520w OCZ Powerstream
    2407fpw, 2x 2007fpw, 37" WS HDTV LCD

    tRCD (RAS=>CAS delay/row=>column delay) is usually the most influential value and setting it too aggressively can absolutely kill an overclock. It's also arguably the most significant factor when it comes to actual performance, so it's a bit of a balancing act as to how you set it.
