2260mhz.... nowhere to go but up!

settled in at 205FSB and the 11x multi so far on day 2. New KT600 board seems to be very stable and running good. Barton is a fine little overclocker too!

    and Sandra memory...

This is set very conservative right now, still tweaking this GEIL to see what she will do.

Nice work! Have you upped the multi to 11.5 yet to see if the chip can take 2.36ghz?

    Nice!

Maybe you've seen, but I added links to 2 MSI forums on your prior o/c thread.

RDX - I haven't tried the 2300mhz point yet, but I will soon!

xroyal - Good links, I have been spending some time there for a couple of days now. Thanks!

RE: nowhere to go but up!

Barton is a fine little overclocker too!

I've got the same processor on an ASUS A7N8X board. Its an incredible overclocker! Barton XP2500 runs just fine @ 200fsb. My bottleneck on my system is my ram (1gig) is only pc2700. It will be a while before I can upgrade to pc3200 though. Great cpu for overclocking at a very good price too.

You should be able to shatter that RAM score you have now. I bought the Ultra Platinum 512MB DDR kit, and mine goes to 233MHz FSB at 2-6-3-3. I just found out after some tests yesterday though that 2-7-3-3 is faster, so that's what I'm running now.

    Anter TruePower 550w
    Sapphire Radeon 9600 Pro Ultimate @ 480/351

Tomorrow I take delivery of a 9800np flashed to pro speeds that still has alot of OC left(we never found the ceiling!). I can barely wait for that little gem!!

Thumbs up NBD - Swell O/C!

2450 with a 1700+ on air. That gives me all the more reason to hold on to mine.

I am wondering, however, if you've got the 1.5v DLT model vs my 1.6v DUT default?

Yeh, it's a DLT running it at 1.8v right now.

Thanks for quick reply. Your's a better o/cer, but I'll keep playing with my DUT, especially after my new Corsair XMS 3500 arrives next week. Then I can find out if my video card is a weak link. One new toy at a time keeps the game alive.
