    Is my video card on its last legs?

    Hello. My monitor has been doing this one sec blinks for about 2 weeks now. All other connections seem to be tight. Is this a sign that my videocard is about to go 6 feet under? Thanks.
    P4 @ 2.4G, MSI 648 Max L, 512MB PC2100 DDR, 80G WD HD with 8MB Cache, NEC 2500A DVD Burner, Norcent CDRW, 19" MAG Monitor, Antec TRUE330, Audiophile 2496, ATI Radeon 7500.
    P3 @ 800MHz, 120G WD HD, 384Mhz RAM, Toshiba DVD ROM, Panansonic CDRW, 15" Nokia Monitor, 32MB Diamond Viper II.

    What video card and monitor is it?

    I would switch monitors first to see if it's the monitor first.

    Its a 17' KDS visual sensations. the video card is a Diamond Viper II Z200. If it gets any worse, i will have to haul in another monitor for a test. thanks.

    Yes, I would imagine it would be the monitor.

    yes definately sounds like a monitor orientated problem
