How good is this DVD-RW ?

Hi everyone,

I am going to buy a dvd-rw drive next week and one of the cheapest ones i can see is the PIONEER 105 4X DVDRW for £115 but before i buy i was wanting your views (as i always do before i buy anything) on the drive, is it a good drive, i'll be using it for backing up my large files and making my own dvds (for home use only) i've downloaded a lot of large avi movies and instead of them taking up all my hard drive i was wanting to put them on dvd-rs so i can watch them on my home dvd player, anyway it would be great if you could tell if it's a good dvd rw or not, there is a cheaper one in the shop for £99 it's a TOSHIBA 2X DVD/RW would this be just as good or not ? i think both these drives are OEM does that mean a problem ? or is it nothing to worry about, sorry for going on and on and thanks for all your help.

I have the A04 and would most certainly buy the A05 without hesitation.

We bought the A05 for our audio/workstation pc, and it is very nice! I would have no trouble recommending this drive.
