the common shape im sure you know hich im talking about
and i know a lot of you have ones with this design but do yours make an annoyiug rattleing sound?

mine appears to be the door and i ant figure out what it is
the noise goes when the door is taken off but straight back when i put it back on

also it stops if i press down on the top of my case
i was suspecting the perplex on the window its really irritating any other ideas?

See if all the screws around the edge are tight. Also you can cram some poster putty in spots that you think are causing the rattling noise. It could be the latch.

If it is the same as their slightly smaller cases based on the Antec SX-6xx Performance Series, the handle can be removed in you think that could be causing the problem. Also if you do not open the case too often, you can add 3 screws to secure the door.

I think they also use little metal tabs to make sure the seal on the door is tight. These tabs might not be making enough contact.

Appears to be a quality control issue.
Have yet to encounter any rattling noise due to any Antec chassis doors.

I have both the Antec SX-630 and the Cheiftech clone of it and also have no trouble, but I installed my own windows and they use rubber gaskets around the edge to secure the window in place.

well i removed the lower hard drive case thing and its been fine

just got my fan lying on the ledge it used blowing cool ait up towards the hard drive now and no problems what so ever
