Which one? Radeon 7000 or GeForce2 MX...

Setting up a machine for office use, choice between these two cards:

Radeon 7000 AGP 64mb

or

GeForce2 MX AGP 32mb

Both will do the job, but I would like to know which is the better of the two...

Which would you choose?

I would take the radeon, It has twice the memory, and ddr vs sdr on top of that.. I used to have a radeon 32mb ddr that was much faster then the gf2 mx cards

Well for office use either of those cards should be fine. I've heard people say that the Radeon has superior 2D image quality but personally I've never noticed it.

Both of those card should be dirt cheap at the moment, I think that a 64MB DDR GF2-mx400 card here is just a wee bit more than a similar Radeon700 card, but there is very little difference in price. For a general purpose computer that might have the odd game thrown at it then I'd get the GF2 because it has hardware T&L which most games seem to require nowdays.

I think that I am going with the Radeon as I have found them at the local Office Depot for $32 on clearance! Nice price, and should work fine....
