AIW 9700 Pro power requirements?

Looking to upgrade my current GF2 GTS with the All-In-Wonder 9700 Pro.

Current System:
Asus A7N8X Deluxe
TBird 900@1055/100 (standard voltage)
256MB PC2100 Crucial
512MB PC2700 Crucial (both at standard voltage)
Pioneer 16x DVD Slot
HP 9300i 10x4x32 CDRW
Maxtor 30GB 7200rpm
SMC 1211TX NIC
Asus v7700 Deluxe GF2 GTS 32MB AGP
ATI RageXL 8MB PCI (dual monitors with the GF2 + TV-Out)
Enermax 350w Whisper PSU

My question is, will replacing my v7700 with this AIW card be ok with my current setup, or do I need to look at a bigger PSU?

I'm also looking at getting the XP 2600/333 CPU at the same time....will this push me over? I've seen reports of people not being able to use this card with 300w PSUs....wanted to make sure I didn't buy one and not be able to use it right away!

Probably not. The card draws about 50w at peak operations. Your Geforce2 draws only about 10-15w max. You are looking to be adding about 35-40w more to your system. You are only drawing about 40w with that CPU and most newer ones draw in the 60w range. Really you are not pulling too much.
