Where to buy a Fan 'Speed Control?

I have a 3 way switch that changes voltage to my fans from 12V to 5V to Off.

My one, 120mm cpu duct fan gets vacuume cleaner loud at 12V.

I'd like to run it at about 7V or so. (I tried the 7 Volt mod but it wont work with my switch (long story) and I want it adjustable)

I'd like to get a speed controller for the 4 wire plugs, preferable one that is long enough to mount to the front of my case.
