some cpus refuse to crash at that temp, specially Athlons , hoping sensor still, as just noticed his 5V is way below tolerable limits of 4.75V and if thats not under load (even if it was) i'd worry

As you can tell from the 2nd pic, in the systray, I'm running Folding@home and Prime95 to test stability. I ran it overnight and it was rock solid with no errors reported in Prime95.
The temperture reading on the board is directly off the internal CPU diode, therefore, it will read 10-15*C higher than what other boards will read. I'm running the SLK-800 with an 80mm fan. Here's the reading at idle.
Epox 8RDA+ (Rev 1.2 w/ C1 Stepping)

The diode gives a closer approximation of the real temp than an off board sensor will, your psu is struggling with that voltage and will prolly die if prolonged, btw run p95 in torture mode alone, as it has a low processor priority by default thus you're not running it to its full potential, so it might not warm up enough to get errors.

For some reason this Enermax 350W PSU has never given me a full 5V. It has always been anywhere from 4.6 to 4.8V but never above that. Is mine defective or is Enermax known for this?? Thanks.

Originally posted by DuronClocker Its known that Enermax PSUs don't run well on EPoX Athlon boards. The 5V rail always seems to be messed up in these combinations..
So, do you think I should be OK with this or should I start shopping for a new PSU? I use this PC daily and it has been rock solid thus far (fingers corssed ).
