Epson stylus color 1520 or 3000? For architectural work...

Anybody with experience with these printers that can give me a hint? I don´t know if the 3000 is worth the extra $$. They can both print the A2 format, but printable surface with the Epson 3000 is bigger...

Intended use would be CAD printing, architectural presentation stuff and the occasional artwork, renderings etc.

both can do a 11x17 but thats as big as it gets. we have used both and prefer the 3000. but we wanted bigger prints(d) so i got a oce' 9400. it is great.
Only thing to watch for with the 3000 or the 1500 is if you shrink a d size down you may get blurried.

Aaaarrrggh!! A set of inks for the 3000 is like 300$ here where I live!!!!!
