A friend of mine has recently bought an MP3 player (MPman F50).

He says he's facing problems with the Manager Program, whenever he loads it while the mpman is connected through the USB port the manager freezes and shows *not responding* with ctrl-alt-delete.

My question is, is there any standard manager program for all mp3 players to upload files, regradless of their models?
he checked the USB drivers, everything seemed fine...but the manager freezes.
