GTA3 music fix to HDD how to?

I got GTA3, patched it to 1.001, what's the trick for copying the files to my HDD?

please, which files exactly from cd2 and where to copy them to?

also, where could I get the "fix" to not playing any music, with fake music files.

I know you have to copy the files in the \audio folder from the CD2 to the dir on your HDD you isntalled the game to. As for the fake music files I can only imagine one has to create empty files with the same names and replace that with the original ones overwriting them but thats only my guess.
