best cooling solution for a geforce4 ti 4400?

i was curious what was the best cooling soluation that you guys would recommend for my geforce4 ti 4400. i am wanting to replace the fan and heatsink and wanted to know what would work the best. my geforce4 has been plagued by the heat and i need something to keep it nice and cool (i am not talking about water cooling cause i am a poor college student) thanks for any suggestions.
by the way, i am not much into the whole being super creative with duct tape, string, and all those other fancy materials

Thermaltake has a copper cooler I bought for my GF4 TI 4200, it probably made a 5% improvement, it comes with ramsinks tailored for the ram on TI 4400 or 4600 cards, but I used them anyway on my TI4200.

Liquid Helium (4K I believe). Commonly used for the inner coolant on NMR and NMI machines.
